It will take about 20-25 days to finish. Considering the time of shipping, you had better to place your order 2 months ahead your wedding so that you can receive your wedding dress in time. If you are going to pay with personal check you should place order 3 months before your wedding.

Your wedding dress order is not including gloves, shawl, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat of the wedding dress.

For custom made products: After you check out, we will send you an email including measurements instruction. Please follow the measurements instruction and measure yourself carefully, fill in measurement form and send it back to us a.s.a.p. We can not do it without your measurements. Please note custom made dress is not refundable. You can also check the measurement instruction.

Due to the cost of returning your item, we strongly encourage you to be certain you are customizing the correct item, size and color when placing an order.

Customer satisfaction is always our priority concern! We realize that buying a wedding dress is one of the most important purchases for your wedding. In an effort to make this as stress-free as possible, you may return any of our standard size wedding gowns that are in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, dirt, and no alterations). Custom order gowns (make it in your own size) are NOT refundable. No returns will be accepted after 20 days from our shipment date. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are NOT refundable. No exceptions!

For any size problem occurred on the dress you received, this may also help you to find the way to solve the matter:

Bust:Stretch the dress to the widest and Take the tape around your back and bring it across your nipple line.

 Under Bust:Take the measurement at the under bust.

Waist:This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button.(Please measure the interior part if the dress in double layers)

Hips:

Take the tape ruler around the place where 23 inches right below the base of your neck.This is the widest part of your hips, across the hip bone.

Shoulder Width:Relax your arm and measure between the two shoulder seams.

Sleeve Length:Start the tape in the shoulder seam and straight down to the cuff.

  

Hollow to Hem:Start the tape at the hollow at the base of your neck and measure down to the hem. If your skirt will be full, be sure to measure out at an angle to allow for the fullness. Also, be sure you are wearing the same height heel you'll wear on your wedding day,you will be a star once you wear our Customized?wedding gowns.
